The Gold Non-Shifting Short Tour, Explained
Our Gold non-shifting Hajj package is a 12-night Hajj package, departing from Mumbai and many other locations around the globe. It is one of our NRI-preferred packages, which is also known as the NRI Gold Hajj package, as it is a smart Luxury package with a “Non-shifting” feature; the keyword here is: unlike our shifting packages, where your Makkah accommodation changes partway through the trip, the Gold non-shifting Hajj package keeps you in the same hotel, Hotel Snood Ajyad, just 300 metres from the Haram, for your entire stay in the city. Your Madinah stay is equally settled: the Ritz Al Madinah, on full board, 250 metres from Masjid-e-Nabawi.
For pilgrims who’ve never done a shifting tour, it’s worth understanding what you’re trading off in each direction.
Shifting vs Non-Shifting: Why It Matters on a 12-Night Trip
Shifting packages typically start you further from the Haram, often 5 to 7 kilometres away, for the earlier part of your stay, then move you closer as the Hajj days approach. This keeps prices lower, since accommodation further from the Haram costs less, but daily transport to the Haram takes longer and a lot of time is lost in travelling.
Non-shifting packages like our gold non-shifting Hajj package from Mumbai put you within a few hundred metres of the Haram from day one and keep you there. There’s no re-packing, no adjusting to a new room halfway through, and no gap between your accommodation and the day’s prayers. On a 12-night trip especially, where every day counts, many pilgrims find this stability worth the difference in price.
In a short tour, the non-shifting option is more practical and the right decision to make. It not only saves your travel time but also allows you to spend more time in prayer in Haram and have a fulfilling experience overall, since the days are fewer.

Included in your package: Hajj visa processing and ticketing, accommodation as listed above, round-trip transport for all rituals, three daily Indian buffet meals (including meals served in Mina and Arafat), 5 litres of Zam Zam, unlimited laundry, guided local Ziyarat in both cities, and a complimentary Hajj Kit, musalla, mat, tasbeeh, Umrah soap and guidebook.
Hajj Tarbiyat & Hajj Guidance: Hajj Tarbiyat (Meet & Greet) session is organised in Mumbai before departure, with an online option available for pilgrims who can’t attend in person. In this session, Mufti Sahab walks every Hajji through the complete process of Hajj — the rituals, the sequence, and the important do’s and don’ts to keep in mind along the way.
After the Tarbiyat session, the owners personally brief pilgrims on practical tips and pointers for the journey ahead. Then an open Q&A is held where Hajjis — both present in Mumbai and joining online- put forth their questions, and they are provided solutions and details. Last but not least, the session closes with lunch.
Not included: Qurbani, Tawaf-e-Ziyarat transport, room service, baggage beyond the 30 kg allowance, personal expenses, GST and TCS, porter service, and individual (private) transfers. These are standard exclusions across all our Hajj tiers, not specific to HT-01, but worth budgeting for separately.
Who Should Book Gold Non-Shifting Package:
This package tends to suit pilgrims for whom time is the binding constraint. If you’re a working professional who can realistically take 12–14 days off, a business owner who can’t be away for a full 40-day season, an NRI who prefers a short stay to fulfill their fardth Hajj, or simply someone who prefers the certainty of one hotel over the cost savings of a shifting stay, HT-01 is built for exactly that trade-off.
It’s less suited to pilgrims prioritising the lowest possible price; our Bronze and Silver shifting long tours Hajj cost from India 2027 (like Bronze Shifting Long Tour HT-100 or Silver Shifting Long Tour HT-06) are generally less for a longer stay, or for those who don’t mind moving accommodation in exchange for savings.
