Most pilgrims who come to us wanting a shorter Hajj tour are working around a real constraint: limited leave, a business that can’t run itself for six weeks, or a family commitment that rules out a 35–40-night trip. The trade-off they usually expect is quality: a shorter trip, they assume, must mean a more basic one. Gold Shifting Short Tour is our answer to that assumption.

The Gold Shifting Short Tour is a 20-nights hajj package that keeps the Gold-tier standard of service: better tents, better transport, a stronger meal plan, while fitting into a schedule roughly half the length of our long tours. Also, this is our best NRI Hajj package, which is considered by our NRI’s who live across the globe.

The Shifting Advantage on a 20-Night Schedule

Because HT-04 is a shifting short Hajj package, it doesn’t ask you to pay Haram-adjacent prices for your entire Makkah stay. You begin in the Hotel Snood Ajyad, just 300 metres from the Haram, for the earlier part of your trip, and then shift to the Aziziya/Rusaifa area, 5 – 7 kilometres from the Haram, as the Hajj days approach. 

Your Mouallim camp for this package is Category-C, which typically translates into better tent conditions and service levels specifically during the intense five days of Hajj rituals.

Stay-by-Stay Breakdown

You’ll check into the Hotel Snood Ajyad from 26th Zil Qad to 3rd Zil Hajj, moving to a shifting apartment in Azizia/Rusaifa from 3rd Zil Hajj to 14th Zil Hajj, then on to the Ritz Al Madina, 200 metres from Masjid-e-Nabawi — from 14th to 17th Zil Hajj. The whole tour runs for 20 nights, departing Mumbai on 3rd May 2027 and returning by 23rd May 2027.

If you’d prefer not to share the shifting apartment with 5–6 other pilgrims, personal room upgrades are available: ₹20,000 per person on quad sharing, ₹40,000 on triple, and ₹95,000 on twin sharing.

Gold vs Silver vs Platinum — Where HT-04 Fits

It helps to see this package next to its neighbours. Our Silver-tier shifting tours (like HT-06) run longer, at a lower per-night cost, with a standard Category-C camp. Our Platinum-tier short tours (like HT-12) run a similar 19-night length but step up to Category-C camps with a higher standard of Makkah hotel and a higher price point. HT-04 sits deliberately in between: a 20-night Gold package with Category-C service, priced below Platinum but above our Silver options, a middle path for pilgrims who want more than the basics but aren’t looking for the top tier.

Beyond the personal room upgrades on the shifting apartment, our Gold Shifting Short Tour also offers a Category-A Mouallim upgrade at ₹1,15,000, moving your camp to within 600 metres to 1 kilometre of Jamarat, with air-conditioned Gypsum-board tents, luxury sofa beds, and buffet-style meals served three times daily, plus private seat-by-seat transport.

Your ₹6,88,000 starting price for four-bed sharing, rising to ₹7,05,000 on triple and ₹7,65,500 on twin, covers Hajj visa processing and airfare, accommodation as detailed above, round-trip transport for all rituals, three daily Indian buffet meals including service in Mina and Arafat, 5 litres of Zam Zam, unlimited laundry, guided Ziyarat in both cities, and a complimentary Hajj Kit. Excluded items follow our standard list: Qurbani, Tawaf-e-Ziyarat transport, room service, excess baggage, personal expenses, GST/TCS, porter service, and individual transfers.
