Your Itinerary, In Order

Your journey begins in Madina from 12th to 21st April, staying at the ZamZam Pullman or similar, 100 metres from Haram.

From 21st April to 2nd May, you move to Makkah 01, staying at the Makkah Hotel or Safwa Towers, right at the Haram itself.

And from 2nd to 14th May, you shift to a premium Aziziya hotel with an attached bathroom. The Hajj days themselves run from 14th to 18th May, spent at the Category-C, Zone-5 Mina camp. You then return to your Aziziya hotel from 18th to 20th May before heading home.

Make It Yours: Room Upgrades (Makkah 01)

If you’d like to upgrade your room during the Makkah 01 stay, a Quad Room upgrade costs ₹20,000 per person, a Triple Room upgrade costs ₹40,000 per person, and a Twin Room upgrade costs ₹95,000 per person.

During Hajj Days

Our Gold Hajj Package 2027 Category-C, Zone-5 remains the camp category even at Gold level, roughly 3.5 to 5 km from Jamarat, with fireproof tents, air coolers, and shared mattress space. We keep it this way deliberately: this is the part of Hajj where pilgrims tell us hotel tier stops mattering, and brotherhood starts.

Want a quieter camp anyway? Zone-II, Category-A is available for ₹1,15,000 per person.

What It Costs

The Hajj Package price per person on a room-sharing basis: a Quad Room costs ₹7,20,000, a Triple Room costs ₹7,36,000, and a Twin Room costs ₹7,67,000.

In addition, the Mina camp upgrade to Zone-II, Category-A costs ₹1,15,000 per person; the Qurbani charge is ₹20,500 per person, and Makkah 01 room upgrades run ₹20,000 for Quad, ₹40,000 for Triple, and ₹95,000 for Twin, all per person.

For flights, the Bom-Jed-Bom sector is via Akasa or similar, and Del-Jed-Del is via IndiGo or similar, with an extra ₹10,000. The Amd-Jed-Amd sector carries an extra ₹5,000. Saudia is also available as an upgrade on the Bom-Jed-Bom sector for an extra ₹40,000, and on the Del-Jed-Del sector for an extra ₹30,000.

Before You Book

Gold Hajj Package rooms are limited; proximity hotels like these sell out earlier than standard tiers. The 0-metre Makkah hotel is the single most-requested detail pilgrims ask us to confirm in writing, so do ask us for the specific tower or wing when you call. And if Category-A Mina camp matters to you as much as your hotel proximity does, it’s best to add that upgrade at booking rather than later.

Category D-Moallims:
- Located at 3 to 5 km from Jamarat in the new Mina area.
- Fireproof tents with Air Coolers are provided by the Moallim in this category.
- Mattresses and pillows are provided by the Moallims.
- Simple Food Menu (1 gravy with rice/roti) is provided three times daily.
- Bakhla Team tries to arrange additional food items for the Hajj Pilgrims.
- Seat by Seat Transport will be provided by Bakhla Tours & Travels PVT. Ltd. privately.

Category -A Moallims:
- Located at 600 meters to 1 km from Jamarat near Masjid Khaif in Mina.
- Air-Conditioned tents made with Gypsum board are provided by the Moallim in this category.
- Luxury Sofa Beds are provided by the Moallims.
- Luxury Buffet Food is provided three times daily.
- Seat By Seat Transport will be provided by Bakhla Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. privately.

All bookings are subject to license approved by MOMA and quota allotted by MOMA.

Cancellation Policy

Once Visa is issued, there will be no Cancellation of the Booking, and no Refund will be given in such cases.
Bookings Cancelled 45 Days Before Departure will have to bear a Cancellation Fee of 20% Booking Amount.
Bookings cancelled within 45 days of departure will have to bear a cancellation fee of 50% booking amount.
