What You Get, and Why It Matters

One Makkah hotel for the whole stay. You check into a hotel in the Aziziya/Rusaifa/Kakiya area on 5th Zil Hajj and stay there through 21st Zil Hajj — no shifting apartments, no mid-trip packing. Why it matters: you unpack once, settle in, and don’t lose a travel day to moving accommodation partway through Hajj.

A Madinah hotel 250 metres from Masjid-e-Nabawi. The Ritz Al Madinah, or a similar property, houses you for the Madinah leg of the trip. Why it matters: a short, walkable distance to the Masjid means more time for worship and less time in transit, especially valuable for elderly pilgrims in your group.

Category-C Mouallim camp. Fireproof tents with air coolers, mattresses, and pillows provided. Why it matters: this is our standard, dependable camp tier, comfortable and fully serviced, without the premium pricing of a Category-A upgrade (though that option exists if you want it, at ₹1,15,000).

19-night duration. Longer than our 12-night short tours, considerably shorter than our 35–40-night long tours. Why it matters: it’s a genuine middle ground, more breathing room in your schedule than a compressed short tour, without committing to a full six-week trip.

Silver full-board meal plan. Three daily Indian buffet meals, cooked by our own chefs, plus meals served in Mina and Arafat during the Hajj period. Why it matters: familiar food, no separate arrangements needed, and no compromise during the physically demanding Hajj days.

Unlimited complimentary laundry. Why it matters: on a 19-night trip, this quietly saves both money and packing space — pilgrims consistently tell us it’s one of the more appreciated small inclusions.

Step-by-Step: Your 19 Nights

Days 1–16 (5th–21st Zil Hajj): You’re based at a hotel in the Aziziya/Rusaifa/Kakiya area, attending to your rituals, prayers at the Haram, and the core days of Hajj, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and the Jamarat, with transport handled throughout by our luxury bus and train service.

Days 17–19 (21st–24th Zil Hajj): You move to the Ritz Al Madinah for your Madinah stay, prayers at Masjid-e-Nabawi, guided Ziyarat to the historical and religious sites around the city, and time to properly close out the trip before your return flight from Mumbai.

Throughout both legs, your Hajj visa, return airfare, round-trip ground transport, meals, and guided Ziyarat are all handled as part of the package, the kind of full-service structure that means you’re not independently coordinating logistics in a foreign country during one of the most significant journeys of your life.

Who Silver Non-Shifting Short Tour Hajj Package Is For

This value plus hajj package tends to work best for pilgrims who want the reassurance of one settled Makkah stay, but don’t need or want to pay for a Haram-adjacent hotel for the entire trip. It also suits those for whom 12 nights feels too rushed but a full 38-night tour isn’t practical, whether for work, cost, or personal reasons.

If proximity to the Haram is your top priority regardless of price, our Gold non-shifting short tour hajj package (HT-01) sits closer at 300 metres. If a lower overall cost matters more than staying in one hotel, our shifting long tours (HT-100, HT-06) will generally work out cheaper per night.

What’s Not Included

Standard exclusions apply: Qurbani, Tawaf-e-Ziyarat transport, room service, baggage beyond 30 kg, personal expenses, GST and TCS, porter service, and individual transfers.
