Bakhla Tours & Travels holds no responsibility for Luggage loss, Injuries, Damages, Accidents, & Additional expenses due to delay of Flights, Misconnection, Sickness, Bad weather, Strike, War, Quarantine, Breakdown or Transport breakdown, or the closure of airport due to War, or any personal issues of the pilgrim, etc. The consumer has to bear this without blaming the company and its employees. Our company selects and chooses the best elements for a smooth pilgrimage tour of Hajj, Umrah & Ziyarat hence the company or its employees should not be held responsible for improper services provided by any Airline, Transport, Hotel and any other provider of services for any Injury, Death, Loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any other Hotelier, Airlines, or/and any act or actions of co-passenger. Bakhla Tours & Travels shall not be held responsible either for any loss, delay, damage, fading of color, stain of any type or shrinking of clothes by the laundry services. Bakhla Tours & Travels does all the agreements and arrangements of hotels flights transportation etc. for smooth running tour for the pilgrims and taking full care of the pilgrims but due to unexpected situations, Bakhla Tours & Travels has the rights to do any alteration to the package or services without prior notice to the pilgrim & the passenger will have to accept and for which no refund will be made and no claim will be entertained.
